Q. WHAT METHOD DO YOU USE?

A. You get the best cleaning method for you. I can use many methods, depending upon your needs. I’ll help you choose the best method for you. Your carpet may be the kind that I can clean with my low-moisture cleaning, or the kind that responds better to my truck-mounted steam cleaner using jet-less rotary extraction.

Q. HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN CLEANING CARPET?

A. I’ve been cleaning carpet now for 31 years. Check out the comments from my clients in TESTIMONIALS section of my home page. Ideal is fully insured as well.

Q. IS THIS A FRANCHISE OR DO YOU OWN YOUR BUSINESS?

A. Not a franchise. My wife and I run this as a family operation. I work on the truck along with my assistants Sitha and Jamie. All of us are IICRC trained. (visit www.iicrc.org )

Q. DRYING TIME?

A. Carpets will dry the same day as cleaning. Keep pets, children and regular traffic off the carpet for a period of six hours. Adults may use the carpet lightly immediately after cleaning by wearing house slippers... Some carpets may still feel slightly damp for up to 10 hours depending on the carpet fiber type and soiling condition. This is normal and will not cause any problems.

Q. PRICES?

A. I have specials from time to time.

BASIC PACKAGE is regular price 46 cents per measured square foot for cleaning and stain protecting without moving furniture.

PREMIUM PACKAGE is regular price 57 cents per measured square foot for cleaning and stain protecting when furniture must be moved.

A. If you aren't happy with my work, I'll re-clean the area for free. And if you still aren't pleased, you pay nothing. Not one cent. Many companies don’t guarantee their work. But at Ideal, nothing is more important than your complete and total satisfaction. I stand behind every job 100%.
